"Had a terrible experience with First Rate back in REMOVEDwas friendly and quick but when the plumber made a mistake during installation that caused a flood of water into my hallway and the basement bathroom below, they suddenly weren't so nice. After talking to multiple REMOVEDafter the mistake they did engage a flood remediation crew which meant we had little access to our hallway, bedrooms and bathroom while it was sealed, heated, carpet lifted, and fans on for 5 days." ...
