    This company, Challenge Body Mind, aka, Premium Keto Blast, has been charging my bank debit card a monthly amount of $12.49 for 11 months. It has taken me to this point to track down where the charges are coming from. During the proceeding 11 months, I have believed the charges were for streaming services, as I have a few of them I have subscribed to. Recently one of these 12.49 charges were listed on my bank statement right next to a streaming service charge and that made me suspect something was incorrect. This charge does not display a phone number to call as most of the debit charges do. I never signed up for any subscription to this and I have researched my emails for any communication from these people(CBM) and there is no communication from them by email or regular mail in the entire 11 months they have been charging me so I have not rec'd any product or magazines,or books from them. Upon research, I realize now that Challenge Body Mind, is also Premium Keto Blast , the same company who I ordered weight loss gummies from on 4/28/23 and was charged 199.88 and 59.98, which was not the price advertized for the product! I immediately emailed them on 5/1 and told them to cancel the order and that their charges were fraudulent and not as advertised. Out of this total charge of 259.86 to my debit card, they refunded $130 to me. In other words just one half of what I had paid. That's ok, I chalk that up to my own mistake ordering from the scam company, but the 11 months of 12.49 charges per month come up to, $137..39 and I want refunded of those charges!!! I did not order anything like this from this company and in fact, I have email proof that I emailed them and told them to cancel my order for the gummies and refund my money paid. Refund the 137.39 that you stole out of my account.

    On 5/23/2023 I placed an order through ***** ****** for skin tag remover. They doubled the order even though I expressly ordered a single order. The agreed to cancel the order but since that time I've received a monthly charge of $12.49 every month since and this charge continues. We can disputing the charge with our credit card company and will cancel our cards. But I would like the monthly fee they are charging refunded to me. We've received no service or product from this group.

    I had ordered keto gummies in September 2023. I paid for what I ordered. This product does not work at all. I had no results. I kept getting a recurring charge on my bank statement for $12.49. I called the number on my bank statement. The operator stated that this was a monthly charge for a subscription to Challenge Body Mind. I have no idea what that this. I never received any information or support from this company regarding Challenge body Mind. There is no app related to this service. No follow up via phone call to to support Challenge Body Mind services. I had no idea I was enrolled in this program . I spoke to the operator at this company she said it was in the “fine print”.
    This company is unethical and misleading.

    I have been charged monthly since July 2023 by this company without my consent for a product that I didn’t order. It is called Challenge Body Mind, and I have never heard of this company or its products. I am asking for a full refund. I have spoken to the company today (2/21/24) and was offered a refund for the past 1 month, then the past 3 months & then for the past 5 months . I refused all offers due to these charges not being authorized by me. I am contacting my credit card company also to assist in these fraudulent charges. Any assistance will be appreciated.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. During  the phone call to this company, I was offered a refund for the last 5 months, If that offer is still open , I would appreciate that refund along with cancellation of any subscription.. I do not recall receiving an email regarding any e-books or any trial subscriptions. Apparently the fine print contains numerous ways to add monthly charges to someone's credit card unless they are extremely vigilant about reading the fine print.     I just noticed a pending transaction of $12.49 on my debit account from ****************. Looking back at my records, I see another transaction from 1/16/24 for the same amount from
    P1 **************** ********** * NM. After googling the numbers, it looks like they are both from the same company - Fitness Goal Pro. I do not remember signing up for anything or ordering any nutrition supplements - not in a very long time, anyway. I tried calling the 3 numbers listed and only one of them was a working number. I have canceled whatever account I unknowingly signed up for - hopefully, anyway. I guess I will know for sure next month.

    Without my consent I have been charged $12.49 a month since Jan 2023. The company is Life Style Brands and I am being charged for a digital magazine (which I knew nothing of). I did not notice the monthly charge until doing review for taxes. Called *********** and spoke with person who said all she would do is refund ONE MONTH and cancel subscription. I believe this to be fraud and theft. I see by searching the internet that this company has done this same corrupt action to many people. Shouldn't someone step in and stop this theft??!!

    I am rejecting this response because: I did not agree to receive the service from the beginning. The person I spoke with at the company said that I had been "automatically enrolled". To me this is still fraud. I expect the full refund. There are many other customers that had money taken from them with this same scam. Only resolution is complete refund. Please see attached which demonstrates fraud and mishandling on the part of the company from the beginning.

    Started with unauthorized charges from SLIMDNA. I ordered some Keto gummies on line and they started arbitrarily charging me every month and sending me more gummies- I did not consent to additional charges and shipments. So I called and finally got that resolved but then they started charging my credit card for $12.49 per month unauthorized - beginning 6/27/23. I didn’t notice because I was traveling a lot and wasn’t home to review most of my bills. I had them set up for automatic payments because of my being out of state so much. They charged me $12.49 on 6/27/23, 8/7/23, 9/7/23, 10/8/23, 11/8/23, 12/9/23 and 1/9/24. A total of $87.43, completely unauthorized and fraudulent. My phone inquiry they told me that I was “gifted “ some online service that I never heard of, never signed up for and never consented to any was never notified or informed of anything- ( the gift that keeps on giving???) they just started fraudulently charging my credit card and refusing to refund my money back ( except for the most recent 2 charges because I “should have noticed the fraudulent charges sooner”. I am assuming that they are recrediting my credit card for 2 months. But who knows- What the heck is this? Why is nobody putting them out of business of stealing money. I see lots of complaints about this company stating the same things but here they are just charging unsuspecting people right and left with no repercussions. They need to be shut down and refund all of the stolen money. And hopefully they don’t decide to “gift” me with additional unauthorized gifts and charging my credit card. Saying that they “gifted” you access to some online services but never asking you or telling you is flat out stealing. It’s total robbery and I want all of my money back and I want them shut down for ****. Thank you, ***** ****.

    there is no credit in my account for $49.96

    3. I want you to provide me with a copy of the email that you supposedly sent to me saying that you “planned “ to arbitrarily put unauthorized charges onto my credit card. 

    I never received any email or services from you, nor did I order any ****s or services from you. You should be fined and prosecuted for your illegal actions.. I can’t imagine how many other unsuspecting people you have fraudulently charged and who have been trying to get you to refund the money back to. 

    I can’t help them but I can attempt to get my money back from them.

    I noted have a monthly charge has been deducted since November 2022 from my business credit card, without authorization from this Scam website, unclear how they got my credit card information and being set up for monthly deduction of $12.50. This scam seems to be going on for a long time based in Manila Philippines. And no actions taken so be Beware....
