              I haven’t been able to file a complaint because ******* ******** keeps changing his business's name on your website from ******** Roofing to US roofing to avoid complaints and accountability! We built our new home in 2019. We hired his company to do our stucco and roofing. We found numerous issues with the roof, specifically the parapets. Nothing was sealed correctly and it was just not quality work. He would not come back to address or fix the issues. The stucco work was horrible, messy and sloppy. They got it all over my windows and doors. It looks gloppy and cracks started almost immediately. Again he would not answer his phone, come back or fix it. Even while working he wanted and kept asking for more money than what was agreed upon in our contract. He is licensed but not bonded. We tried filing a claim on his contractors insurance but it was bogus. We have had no where to go with this. We are now having the roof re-done because of leaks as well as the stucco because it was not applied to our house correctly. It was rotting from all the moisture and even had mold. We paid him 32,400 for stucco 26,950 for roof and have all the documentation.
