      11/18/2022 Is the contract date. Contract amount of 27,242.20. Bathrooms were installed; however, there is a problem with one of the bathrooms, and I have yet to be able to contact the company to correct it. The shower stays on if you turn on the water for a bath and have had multiple plumbers come out, and no one is able to fix it without tearing out the whole brand new surround.

      On 21 July 2023 Aesop's Gables Remodeling/Construction and my self: Angeles E Cardenas signed an agreement for bathroom remodeling; Aesop's contacted the financing company: Momnt to finance the project. The loan was approved that day and Aesop's Gables was to initiate the remodel of the bathroom in December 2023. Momnt (financing company) issued the check and provided it to the company Aesop's Gables for the amount of $19,400 dlls.
      I started to pay the loan with Momnt for 5 months (August, September, October, November, December); however the remodeling work never started.
      I contacted the financing company: Momnt to make them aware that the work was never done, and they froze the account (I didn't have to make any more payments) until they completed their investigation. The investigation took Momnt more than one year, and did not receive response from Aesop's Gables, and they sent me an email notification stating that the account will be resumed and that I need to pay for the remining of the loan.
      I did not receive the service from Aesop's Gables, and did not receive any money. Aesop's Gables kept the $19,400 dlls and is ghosting me and the financing company.
      The resolution I'm seeking is the reimbursement of the amount paid to the loan, and the cancellation of the debt with Momnt. And Aesop's Gables to return the money they took to Momnt, the financing company.
