Licensing information

  • BBB received a complaint alleging One Call Services performed roofing work and has reviewed online listings that show the business advertises additional home repair services that may require a license through New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department - Construction and Industries Division (CID).  BBB urges consumers to contact New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department - Construction and Industries Division for current licensing laws and questions.
In December 2018, BBB contacted the business and asked for current licensing information with CID and inquired about the scope of work the business performs. To date, the business has not replied to our request and has not provided current CID license information. BBB was unable to find an active CID license for One Call Services.
