    I've been to Ilash Factory several times. So much so that I've gotten to know the owners and many of the techs. One of the owners really surprised me when she made a racially inappropriate comment. I was shocked when she said it because I know there were several people around that heard it. I feel like it must be something she says often and is very comfortable saying or else she wouldn't have said it. She said, "Mexican people are always trashy and they never tip appropriately." Being half Spanish it definitely offended me. I will never, ever go back there again and I urge others to show their support by not giving them their business as well. There are plenty of better salons that don't have racist owners.
