  Absolutely a terrible roofing experience and job. no stars warranted. I really believe we were scammed from the very beginning, this started with us seeking solar panels for our home. well, Solar people said we had standing water on our roof, and it needed to be replaced. we told them we just recently had a storm and no sunshine for days to dry out. incidentally we have had our roof yearly maintained to, so this sounded odd. Now, here is where the craziness starts. Solar people said we know a roofing company who could give you a quote. Long story short. we gave them the job and it was a disaster from the very beginning, very unprofessional. biggest daily mess for 15 days. one supervisor ***** and several workers who couldn't speak read or understand English. hmm Every day we had the biggest mess of cleaning up roofing debris that was all over our yards and property. We complained daily of the mess, and gates being left opened and pounding on ceilings. Well, sure enough our kitchen chandelier came crashing down on our custom-made table and broke and dented the wood. No apology from supervisor either. OMG just a p*** show. now, 11 days they are supposedly done with the job. we had a lot of cracked stucco and cracked walls inside and brick work they damaged and caulk everywhere on our freshly painted house from the ******** . were told they would pay for ALL the damage from **** and ***** and another man whose face is tattooed. now, a few days after they left our garage roof started leaking and outside wall stucco bulging from water coming from *******. We have 24 Cannales they did and when another supervisor came out said 23 were done wrong and they fix them. Just one disaster after another. Here's the big whammy they won't pay up because we had our handy man repair everything and my husband installed the repaired chandelier. they said he wasn't a licensed electrician. unbelievable. they won't pay if i post a review either.

  I was referred to custom from one of my neighbors the project manager Tyler was very polite and professional helping me through the insurance process and the crew that was fast and did a great job

  Our project manager ***************************** and his crew were very professional and did a clean job and roof and gutters look amazing. All we had to pay was the deductible and ******* was excellent at getting our claim approved with our insurance. Thank ******************************** for a job well done would recommend Custom Construction Solutions to anyone who needs their roof replaced.
