If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the cleaning service, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service completion time.We will return to your location within [ASAP] to re-clean the specific areas in question at no additional charge.Exclusions: This warranty does not cover: services requested out of the scope of work (extra costs apply), or issues reported after the 24-hour period.Property Damage Coverage: E&G Quality Cleaning Services LLC carries liability insurance for your protection. If any verifiable damage to your property is directly caused by our technicians during the service, you must report the damage to us within 24 hours of service completion.We reserve the right to inspect the damage and will take reasonable steps to repair, replace, or provide financial compensation for the damaged item, up to the limits of our liability policy.Exclusions: This coverage does not apply to:Any prior damage, scratch, or stain already present on any surface, window, or appliance.Damage resulting from not following pre-cleaning instructions (e.g., securing valuables).Prior Damage: E&G is not responsible or liable for any prior damage, scratch, or stain on:Any surface or window.Any appliance.Moving Items: Technicians do not move furniture, appliances, or other items.Clutter: E&G does not organize rooms. If rooms are not tidy, they will clean around the items.Extra Services: Services requested out of the Scope of Work detailed in the quote will entail additional costs.
