I brought my vehicle in for alignment. When I left, the steering wheel was slightly turned to the left when the vehicle was on a straight path. I returned a few minutes later. The mechanic noted the bolts on the rack and pinion were loose and it may have been why it was pulling. They tightened the bolts and realigned it. The steering wheel was still slightly to the left while on a straight path and when I set the steering wheel straight, it would pull to the right. I brought it back in and was told that I would have to pay another $75 for it to be checked. I've brought my vehicle in before for alignment as well as my father's vehicle. Each time we had to return to have it adjusted, which is understandable and fine. When I chose *********** Automotive to have my vehicle aligned, a friend recommended another place that was priced lower. I declined because I knew from my past experience that if it wasn't aligned correctly, that I could bring it back and it would be taken care of. That gave me peace of mind. That peace of mind is gone, which is why I won't have service on my vehicles done here. I thought at the very least it would be looked at and given an adjustment since this had happened in the past, even without any loose bolts.Very unfortunate.
