            Dropped the vehicle off to fix 6 issues on an older vehicle. Jay W***** took the car and promised us to fix everything. They quoted us around 2 months. It took 7 months and our car now works worse than it did before. The repairs to the windshield wipers caused a fire in my car. The brakes they installed lose power randomly. The repairs to the engine cause it to lose power randomly. After 6 months of taking my car we got yelled at by the manager Pat saying he has classic cars here for 4 years that aren’t don’t yet, they only have one mechanic that knows how to work older cars who has shoulder issues and is retiring. He blamed us and said ‘you people don’t understand’ which makes us think there is some underlying racism or otherwise bigotry. They took a car without the know how or ability to fix it and blamed us for every issue.

            Jay Walton Automotive is the best, friendliest, auto repair shop in ***********! I had a terrible accident with a hit and run vehicle. The worst part was my particular car was my dream car... Seriously, It took me 5 years to finally get it so thinking about the repair process was honestly scary and discouraging... And oh how wrong I was! Pat and his crew are the real deal! They updated me through the whole process, informed me anytime I had questions, fixed any issues I had concerns with... they even blended the paint a bit better where my eye kept going to... not only did I get a 100% fixed like-new vehicle, but it drives even better then before my accident! I'm in a car club and I go to many car shows so they have no idea how thankful I am. I'm going to give as many reviews as I can because they really are awesome! Thank you guys for making the experience so professional and perfect! These guys deserve a raise!!
