    I have been living at this apartment complex for over 3 years. Within the last 5 to 8 months. I had a new neighbor move in above me. They have been having parties, numerous guests, and loud noises through out the day and night. They had people stop by a couple of times throwing rocks at their window but they have been hitting my apartment below. I have sent messages to properly manager and even left voicemails. I was told by the properly manager to call the APD and let them handle it because there is no one after hours. APD advise me there is nothing that can be done. So I went weeks with all this noises. The upstairs neighbors even throw eggs and trash on my walkway. Stomped around so loud at night. I have had two water brakes within the month of June 2024 in my apartment one due to an old water heater and the other due to my upstairs neighbor. There have been molds growing in the restroom and the washer area for 2 years. There was not real solution fixed to this problem. Expect covering it with caulking. I do have health issues with my heart and lungs and the symptoms has been getting worse. The last straw was Sunday July 7. After 10 pm the up stair neighbors had loud music and visitors. Around 2 am I heard loud really noises. I went outside there was a girl trying to call the cops. She stated one of the girls boyfriend beat her up and he had a gun. I called the cops and reported the incident. This is when I knew I can longer live here and I left my life was in danger. I decide I needed to move out and I was completely moved out on Monday July 8. With all my complaints to the properly manager there was no solution to my complaints. I do have pictures of the molds and poorly fixed areas.
