am requesting a more detailed reason as to why you could not verify my rental verification. My credit report shows that on November 16th 2021 I had 56 inquiries from sites such as Truth Finder, InstantCheckmate,PublicRecordsNow,AdvancedPeopleCheck ect. And lowerd my credit score 35 points. My credit report is Locked . If you are using these sites to verify my rental history you are receiving false information. Please send me a detailed review of my Rental History and the reason why my Rental Application was denied. I am also requesting the fees I paid to hold the Apartment to be refunded per your process of Verification of my Rental History is inaccurate and the emails you sent me prior to paying the over $300 dollars in fees and to hold the apartment only stated that the 60 dollar application free was not refundable. No emails prior to paying 300 to hold appointment never stated that it was not refundable. I will also be contacting the Social Security Department for assistance with the charges per they where paid with Social Security Funds and they will investigate the date I paid and they reason why you are refusing to refund my Social Security Funds. Being that you could not verify my Rental History with the tools that you used seems odd. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to correct this issue before I go further by Contacting the State Representatives and get the Governor involved.
