      On Feb. 27, 2024 All Tech put in a dishwasher part. After the technician left, I noticed the dishwasher had not been properly put back in place exposing the seal on both sides of the dishwasher. I contacted All Tech. about the problem and was quickly informed that they were no longer serving the public. All Tech advised me to call their former employee, ****, about the problem. I spoke with **** and provided him pictures of the seal. **** said he wasn't located in Albuquerque so i would have to wait until he is town. He called the following Friday but because of his unwillingness to schedule a set time with me I was not available when he called. I followed up again and mentioned the dishwasher wasn't working, he advised me to call All Tech.
      When I called All Tech, I was informed that I was a few days past the 30-day warranty on the replaced part so they said there was nothing they could. Ryan, a supervisor called me, we discussed the dishwasher not working. I decided I would call the manufacturer. I called **** but all he kept saying is, "What did All Tech. say". I answered him and explained I was calling him about what he didn't do and not what All Tech. said. **** stated he thought it was unfortunate for me that he doesn't work for All Tech. anymore. I informed ****, that the work was done by him. At this point **** hung up the phone. I contacted All Tech. about taking care of the exposed dishwasher seal. ***** informed me that they don't have anyone available that can do the work. I requested a call back from ****. I then call **** but would not pick up the phone. I call All Tech again and was told again by ***** that **** was going to tell me that same thing that she said. What I want is my dishwasher set back into the counter in the same way that it was before All Tech. pulled it out. All Tech is still in business doing commercial work, so is it that they can't do it. **** can do it for that matter or refund me the money.

      Unfortunately, All Tech Service appliance industry is shut down.  We do not have any technicians available to do the job.  The dishwasher works from the repair that was made so we warranty he is speaking about is done.  There is no refund.
