  0 stars from me as well! I have gone in several times nd reminded them of my glasses I have called as well all throughout a yr sometimes I would get lucky nd they would answer or be open! I would always get the same answer will have them ready in a wk will call you! They were never ready! Inside they have a sign that says a down payment is refundable bs I went in twice this past wk nd they wanna give me store credit I want my 50 back you had it for over a yr nd did nothing! Go anywhere else but here they are ripping ppl off nd dont care

  Yesterday I called about my glasses. I paid $100 for my eye exam out of pocket. They told me 6 to 8 weeks then my friends started saying they were awful. I didn't understand until yesterday. The secretary is a ******. She yelled at me then helped me only when I yelled back. I said I didn't want the glasses just a legible copy of my prescription as the first one was not legible and they are lying to people that the prescriptions are separate so they can collect more payments from insurance companies and cash paying people. The secretary literally went out of her way to avoid me yesterday by calling a friend to come into the store. The person cut me off in the parking lot. The person jumped out of a truck while third party interfering and stalking regarding this purchase at the same time. I will be disputing this with my insurance. I had the exam on November 1st 2024. They staged an entire incident on December 31st 2024. To prevent me from having a copy of my prescription. Fraudulent activities are occurring here. These people are incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful and threatening to their customers. It was AN UGLY EXPERIENCE. I was politely cordial and professional with all my interactions. This place needs to get shut down. No stars.

  Zero stars, same problem here, ordered my glasses 5/16/2024. It's now September 24, 2024 no glasses, no callbacks; several visits in person. Called VSP I see a claim was finally submitted to lab on 16 sept. terrible

  I would give 0 stars if possible. This is the most horrible business I have ever dealt with. I waited three months while being told that my glasses were on their way before speaking to them in person. At that point I found out they never even ordered them. My wifes glasses came in where she couldnt see through them, so they said they would re-order hers and order me another pair and expedite the shipping. Several weeks after that is when I went to speak to them in person finding out mine had never been ordered. Spoke with the person who orders them, her manager and the doctor. They said they would take care of it and here today, 3 1/2 months after my exam, still no glasses for my wife, no glasses for myself. They never call us back, rarely answer the phone and always say Ill check on them and call you back. Completely unprofessional, never follow through what they say they will do. I cant complain enough about this business, completely frustrated.

  I wish I wouldve done some investigation because walking into this scam of eye glass place and I wouldve found that my story is not an isolated incident but a practice that has been going on for years of ripping the community off and getting away with rude and unprofessional comments and behavior. They dont care about anything except getting your money and undisclosing the length of time and the hassle and run around they will give you. Not properly informing their patients of this alone should be a violation period. The fact that the prescriber has a financial interest in the sales and purchase of lenses makes it an insult while they line their pockets it clearly speaks of what they think of their patients.
