    On Tuesday, November 26, I was at PistachioLand in the afternoon. I purchased three items, two of which I wanted shipped directly from the store. One of the employees assisted me in the shipping.

    I completed the form that she gave me. The two items are a bag of Roasted and Salted pistachios and a magnet. I indicated the Ship To as a family member in North Carolina (I live in Texas).

    The employee indicated that I would get an email with the tracking number. I am still waiting for the email. Friday morning (Nov 30) , just after 9 am your time, I called the business and left a detailed message indicating the above, along with my cell number (************) and email address (******************). I never got a return phone call or email.

    I went onto their website a little while ago and clicked on Contact Us and indicated the same info above.

    I am concerned that I did not receive the email as promised and I want to ensure that it was sent.

    All I want is an email confirmation that I was promised with the tracking number that the two items were shipped.

    I submitted this complaint about two hours ago.  I just got a call back finally from the business.  The person indicated that the person that assisted me on Tuesday did not check the box to send me the email with the tracking number and that the business got busy with Black Friday.

    The person apologized for the delay in responding to my message and indicated that they checked the tracking that it was received.

    I just called the person who I sent the package to, and she confirmed that she just went to retrieve her mail and that she did receive the package.

    It is ok to now close the complaint.  Thanks
