    I have already provided the video editing services to UNDEFEATED MEDIA that I was hired for and would appreciate compensation in a timely manner. Outstanding payment still owed from shortages and deductions from past invoices, and last invoice not paid. Please see 5 invoices below.

    Doug F*******, who was contracted as an editor for our company, **** * ******* *******

    On April 30, 2025, we entered into a contractual agreement with Mr. F*******, stipulating a monthly compensation of $2,000 for a duration of three months. The contract clearly outlined that he was responsible for delivering six complete episodes. As per the terms, if Mr. F******* failed to deliver the episodes within the designated period, no further compensation would be provided. Unfortunately, not only did he fail to deliver a single episode in its entirety, but he also received full payment for his services.

    Upon multiple requests for updates and the progress of the episodes, Mr. F******* insisted on additional funds, which is a direct breach of our agreement. I also sought his assistance in putting out episode one, during which he aggressively shoved a camera in my face and demanded that I state in a video that he did nothing wrong, threatening that he would not help me otherwise. This behavior is unacceptable, especially considering he was already paid in full.

    After the contract period concluded, I requested the return of my hard drive, which contained essential project files. Mr. F******* refused to comply and, in an alarming turn of events, forcibly removed the hard drive from my possession, deleted all branding titles, graphics, project files, and raw footage necessary for us to complete the project elsewhere.

    Despite our attempts to resolve this matter amicably, including outreach through legal counsel, Mr. F******* has not responded to our communications. His actions have not only caused significant financial loss but have also inflicted emotional distress on our team, who has dedicated countless hours to this project.

    We are seeking your assistance in holding Mr. F******* accountable for his actions. The impact of his breach of contract has been both stressful and costly, and we hope to find a resolution through your esteemed office.
