      I had placed and order 2/7/24 and waited a month and did not receive it. So I emailed them and they said sorry it is on back order, and I waited for another month and the I got the same answer it was on back order. I asked for my money back the first of April and have not received it yet and that was $99.94. I keep calling as well but the line is always busy. Poor business. How do I get my money back?

      They dont actually care or stock anything. When you order something and it never shows up they just say oh sorry it should be here in the next 30 days and you can get a refund or wait for the item. But waiting will not fix the problem and it will never show up. I have given them two chances take my money and ship me something and they have failed both times.

      I ordered a part from Storm Door Parts Warehouse on 1/9/24. On 1/18/24, when nothing was received, I emailed them and this is what I received back:"The item you ordered is either special order or currently out of stock. Sorry for the inconvenience! We expect to have the item ready to ship within 30 days if not sooner. There are two ways we can resolve this situation:Option 1:If you are willing to wait, thanks for your patience! Please drop us a quick note letting us know you can wait and we will ship the item as soon as it comes in.Option 2:If you can't wait that long we can cancel and refund your order immediately.We apologize again for the inconvenience. Please let us know which option works best for you."I chose to wait, and then discovered they had charged my credit card on 1/9/24! This is terrible business practices to charge a consumer for an item they have no idea when it will ship. So here it is, 2/17/24, still no product, well beyond the 30 days from the original order, at 30 days since their email, with a charge on my credit card that will be due shortly. They will not answer phone calls and will only communicate via email. Shameful!

      I had placed an order, after about a month I went on their website to check the status. It informed me that the item was still out of stock and gave me the option of a further wait or a refund. I opted for the refund and it was posted to my credit card within a couple of days. I then ordered the item on Amazon and received it the next day. So this business needs to get their act together!

      This place is not to be trusted. Fortunately for us, we ordered only a replacement lock for $46. We've never heard from them, and we never received the lock. They DID charge our credit card the $46. I would NOT ORDER from them.

      Ordered product over two months ago. No communication from them until I went to their website to check the order status. First inquiry I was told the product was delayed and would be delivered by 30 business days. Its been over 60 days and they have not communicated.

      Here's what I heard back after asking about a door replacement handle ordered months ago. Hi ***,We would like to apologize for the inconvenience and the delay.However the part you ordered is still out of stock.Due to high demand in products and extended lead times, we have been limited to a certain amount of product and the rest extended to back order, your item is one of them which we have constantly ordered but keeps getting extended.We understand it has been a long wait, we can start the process of refund immediately if you prefer not to wait any longer.Let us know how you like to proceed with your order.Thank you.Sincerely,--Storm Door Parts Warehouse ***********************************

      I ordered a part in March and it was never shipped. Then I called and finally got through to someone. They told me the part is back ordered and it would be another week. Its been 3 Months! And its not arrived. Now theyre not picking up the phone. The part I ordered is also still listed for sale on their site with no indication its back ordered more than 3 months. Scam is all I can say.

      They also go by replacementstormdoors.com. Most definitely a criminal enterprise. After a 5 month delay, and repeated promises, including that my door was "out for delivery", it never did arrive. I have no idea why the ******** atty general's has not taken note.
