    Same story as other reviewers. Ordered part 09/24, never delivered, canceled order 03/25, promised refund, no refund to date, no response to multiple email and phone messages - looks like a scam operation. Should be investigated.

    Nov 7 2023 I placed an order. My CC was charged that same day. Nov 21, 2023 called & left msg. They never replied.Tried to contact by phone, ***************** contact form every few weeks. No reply ever.Emailed for update on June 11, 2024, email reply asked if I wanted to cancel & I replied ****** refund received, no reply to further emails/******** appears the website is still accepting orders but I'm not sure.I've concluded this business is a complete sham. Has anyone ever received a product from them? Or a refund? Better Business Bureau has tagged this business with an alert and they are NOT accredited by the BBB.I am currently exploring further avenues against them.

    I ordered a storm door handle replacement part from Storm Door Parts Warehouse on October 14. Delivery was expected within three days. After two weeks, I followed up on October ********************************************************************** the option to wait another 30 days of cancel the order. I sent a reply asking for a refund. I won't hold my breath. Stay away from this company! There are plenty of other supplier options out there. I run a property management business, and this company committed the cardinal sin of wasting my time.

    If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order in January 2024. I promptly received a notification that the part was backordered, and they asked if I could wait. I told them I would wait and over the course of a few months, I still did not receive part, and they told me it was still backordered. I finally requested a refund in August 2024 and still have not gotten my refund. They are giving me excuses that their mail is being stolen and they are working on a system to email checks (which my bank probably won't honor anyway). Companies send checks in the mail all the time. This seems like a complete scam company. I'm only asking for $165 refund. I would find another company if you needed door parts.

    I had placed and order 2/7/24 and waited a month and did not receive it. So I emailed them and they said sorry it is on back order, and I waited for another month and the I got the same answer it was on back order. I asked for my money back the first of April and have not received it yet and that was $99.94. I keep calling as well but the line is always busy. Poor business. How do I get my money back?

    They dont actually care or stock anything. When you order something and it never shows up they just say oh sorry it should be here in the next 30 days and you can get a refund or wait for the item. But waiting will not fix the problem and it will never show up. I have given them two chances take my money and ship me something and they have failed both times.

    I ordered a part from Storm Door Parts Warehouse on 1/9/24. On 1/18/24, when nothing was received, I emailed them and this is what I received back:"The item you ordered is either special order or currently out of stock. Sorry for the inconvenience! We expect to have the item ready to ship within 30 days if not sooner. There are two ways we can resolve this situation:Option 1:If you are willing to wait, thanks for your patience! Please drop us a quick note letting us know you can wait and we will ship the item as soon as it comes in.Option 2:If you can't wait that long we can cancel and refund your order immediately.We apologize again for the inconvenience. Please let us know which option works best for you."I chose to wait, and then discovered they had charged my credit card on 1/9/24! This is terrible business practices to charge a consumer for an item they have no idea when it will ship. So here it is, 2/17/24, still no product, well beyond the 30 days from the original order, at 30 days since their email, with a charge on my credit card that will be due shortly. They will not answer phone calls and will only communicate via email. Shameful!

    I had placed an order, after about a month I went on their website to check the status. It informed me that the item was still out of stock and gave me the option of a further wait or a refund. I opted for the refund and it was posted to my credit card within a couple of days. I then ordered the item on Amazon and received it the next day. So this business needs to get their act together!

    This place is not to be trusted. Fortunately for us, we ordered only a replacement lock for $46. We've never heard from them, and we never received the lock. They DID charge our credit card the $46. I would NOT ORDER from them.

    Paid for parts twice and never received them. Poor customer service also, won't answer the phone
