    Been with ABCO OVER 20YRS AND TODAY THEY REJECTED A CHECK THAT CAME IN BECAUSE WAS $10 SHORT AND THEN ACTED LIKE THEY COULDNT HELP ME!!!! The payment was for rent, now ill get xharged for lateness and the rejected *********** cant afford it! Im on a budget payin for 2 households since the pandemic!!! Lookin for another Credit Union now!

    I have an auto loan buyout through them and Suddenly my interest rate jumped from **** to ***** percent. I called and asked why and they said I never gave them the title. THEY NEVER REQUESTED IT. They never asked me to send them the title, or any instructions what to do with it. I asked whose responsibility is it to get the lien on the title and he said mine. They never told me this. So i told the man send me instructions on what your lien info is then and my loan terms in the mail since THEY NEVER GAVE ME A COPY of the documents I signed when I closed the loan even though they said they would mail it. Its been a week and I still havent received it. I spoke to two friends who had the EXACT same issue as me. They give poor directions and instructions for auto buyout loans so they can secretly raise your interest rates to astronomically high rates and scam you. Go elsewhere! They also do no give you an option to pay your loan online or on the app you have to go in the branch. And charge you $2 for paper statements you never even signed up for.

    Terrible bank they fail to deposit my money in a timely manner ,they do it every holiday, do not use this bank
