This company is a scam. When you use a well known search engine to find a phone number for an airline or *******, their number appears first. They impersonate airline and hotel personnel and trick you into divulging reservation information. They ask for additional fees to make changes or cancel reservations but dont actually do anything. **** and ********** dont classify this as fraud and you will be liable for the charges. This is NOT a legitimate business. **** and ********** are no better as they allow this to happen and dont protect customers. They label this type of scam as a disputed charge which the merchant (this company) simply denies. Consumers have no rights here and this company knows it and will exploit you.

Scam! Their number came up as a contact for ************; they said that our ticket was not valid, that we had been put on standby, and they wanted to re-book us, with "only" a $450 additional charge. Fortunately, at about the time I was getting suspicious, our credit card company declined the charge. I was able to find a legit number for ***, who confirmed that everything was already in order. Stay away from TravelTXS!

SCAM!! Fake!! This is not a legit company. We were scammed while trying to cancel our flight last minute due to an unexpected illness of one of our children. This was very early (4am) morning of our flight. We searched the internet trying to find a phone number for customer service to ensure that our flight credit would be honored due to the last minute cancellation. This fraudulent number and website was the first thing that came up on our ******* customer support contact search. They needed all of our information (as if we were booking a flight) which should have been the first clue but considering the early morning and ******* we overlooked this and kept answering their questions. Finally they told us we would receive a flight credit, but that we had to pay an additional fee of over $400 per person. There were 5 of us! Even though *** purchased flight protection. They claimed that the flight we booked was nonrefundable even though we argued that the confirmation e-mail stated it was. Regardless they told us we would forfeit all funds with no credit at all if we cancelled and did not pay the additional fees. Instead of losing over $5000 we chose to pay the fee and get the credit. We later called the airline who stated that our flights had NOT been cancelled and that there was no additional fee to do so. After we realized they had scammed us over $3,300 we called them back to confront them. We received easy confirmation that they were not legit once we called them out. They used foul language and gave further false information. All representatives are foreign. Could not explain themselves and attempted to send us further texts/emails indicating that we should open them and click on the attachments! We didnt of course, which Im assuming had more scammer traps! We called our bank/froze our accounts in addition to stopping payment so they didnt actually get our money. But they are still operating and doing this to others- so beware! Protect yourself!

They impersonated ************** and charged and additional fee of $1902.00 per person for 2 tickets. They are impossible to reach by telephone and do not return calls. I thought I was dealing directly with the airline and was very disappointed to find I was not. I overpaid because they added very high fees.
