The ice machines provided by this business are refurbished and the parts are recycled which dont provide a guarantee on how long parts will last. They build ice machines on premises. This is our second ice machine purchased from this company within 2 years. The first machine was purchased in 2020. Due to hurricane *** which caused a basement flood, the machine was ruined. We since purchased another shortly after, that stopped working the end of July 2023. We were told the compressor needs to be replaced. We did get a second opinion which we were told the wrong compressor was put in the machine. We still proceeded to deal with this company and schedule the repair. Their tech arrived 08/2023 and inspected the parts that needed to be replaced just as the other tech advised. There is no warranty on parts through this company so you dont know how long they are gonna last once they are replaced. They charge a travel fee of $150 when we are within 15 minutes of each other every time they send someone out. The customer service is poor. They request you drop their equipment off to them to service so its less of a charge instead of accommodating a long term customer. This company is providing faulty equipment. We still have no ice machine which is effecting our business when they provided a faulty product.
