    On January 4th, I preordered a product from Moisture Flow's website for $145.98. It was a preorder for an exhaust vent for a bathroom. The seller had an update on his website saying the product would be back in stock late February. I hadn't heard anything, so I reached out several times by phone/email and have not been able to speak with anyone or get any sort of reply after months. I began searching for information online and see that there are several others experiencing the same issues and it appears to be some sort of scam.     I ordered 3 Moisture Flow Soffit Vents (Moisture Flow Order #*****) from this seller on March 29, 2022, using a **** Credit Card, paid in full. We have yet to receive them or receive a refund for our order. I have had several conversations with the seller, and it has been one excuse after another; COVID, ************** ******* wants to make these, promises after promises. The last email conversation with seller was on 6 February 2023, stating we should have your refund shortly, I promise. Seller had previously stated that refunds were issued through an accounting firm via PayPal. I did not purchase items through PayPal, there was no refund indicated on my credit card statement.29 Mar 2022 - Placed order for vents, spoke with seller directly.27 April 2022 - Inquired about status of order as we needed to install in new home. Supply issues, should be soon. Spoke with seller on several occasions since this time.14 Dec 2022 - Requested the order be cancelled and refund our money.19 Dec 2022 - Inquired about cancelled order and refund again. 21 Dec 2022 - Responded that refunds were processed through PayPal.2 Jan 2023 - Provided copies of the charge on credit card statement, and no refund 7 Jan 2023 - Seller responded apologizing, still waiting on refund 9 Jan 2023 - ****** stated he would take care of this and refund should be processed by end of the week. No refund received.3 Feb 2023 - Contacted seller again, inquired about refund.6 Feb 2023 - ****** responded, should have it shortly. Still waiting for refund.28 March 2023 - Contacted seller again to inquire about refund. Have not heard back from seller.
