    On September 8th, **** *****, who has authorized this complaint, shipped two packages from ****************, **, to my home in ***********, **. Only one package was delivered. *** falsely marked the second package as delivered when it never arrived.I was at home on my porch at the exact time of delivery and personally collected the package. Only one package was delivered, not two. I also have video evidence of the delivery that confirms only a single package was dropped off.The missing package contained irreplaceable family heirlooms, rare and valuable vintage garments, and a large collection of personal belongings valued at over $9,000. These items are both of significant monetary worth and deep personal importance. I have made multiple calls to *** corporate and sent multiple emails, but I have received only vague and conflicting answers. I was told to file a claim through the **************** *** location. That claim was filed, but it appears incomplete and lacking detail. I was told there are internal notes I cannot see, which leaves me with no transparency into what actions have been ******** this point, I have no assurance that the Louisiana facility (the last known hub before supposed delivery) has conducted a physical search, or that the delivery driver has been properly interviewed. The case open status provides no clarity and feels like a placeholder for eventual denial.Resolution I am seeking:1. Immediate location and delivery of my missing package.2. A detailed written record of the investigation, including last scan logs, steps taken at the ********* facility, and driver interviews.3. If *** cannot locate the package, I am requesting compensation beyond the standard $100 liability limit, given the false delivery scan, mishandling, and the fact that I was physically present at delivery and can prove the second package was never received.
