I purchased a golf cart light kit from this company back in June 2022. On 06/15/2022, I sent in my first email to support because all of my lights weren't working. I was advised to trouble shoot with the rep, I did so, and end up having to send them a control box that was defective. This was WELL within my refund term. Fast forward to 02/05/2023, I had to contact this company yet again because the product began to come on by itself and it ran my battery down on my golf cart. I emailed back and forth with them and we trouble shot again, in hopes of resolving this issue. There is apparently some "auto on/off feature" even though it was never initiated but I entertained them. **** ran fine until my wife attempted to crank it(gas powered) on 02/28/2023 only to have my cart dead again. I emailed them again only to have them recommend trouble shooting, send them the kit back for "testing" and then offering me another kit which I am not wanting to risk at this time. This kit has been defective from the day I received it at my house as evidenced by ref#***** for the control box and ref# ***** for it to run my battery down. They have blamed, or insinuated, it is my fault and the carts fault(cart was bought in 02/2022 brand new and we didnt have one issue until we put this product on our cart. Their resolve is send it back, send me another kit(heck it may also be defective), deal with what I have(even though it has a history of being defective) or let me buy one at a discounted price. Which is completely unacceptable on many levels. With the product giving me issues WELL WITHIN the refund period, I do not see how this can't be refunded at this point. I have been given the run around and I hope LEDGLOW has the ability to make it right. They can provide you with my emails showing how patient and courteous and how easy to work with I have been, But in the end, I guess they are ok with the customer take the brunt of a bad product..or what appears to be a bad product.
