    I am requesting a refund due to no A/C in our room Friday evening (09/08/23) and Saturday morning (09/09/23). The conditions were horrible that my guest and I were not able to get a good nights sleep and were sweating throughout the night. We also were shocked to find out that there were no microwaves in all of the the rooms. I know the front desk told us about the community microwave in the Residence section but when my Mom went to go warm up her food, she was told that was not Envues microwave but belonged to Marriott the Residence side of the building. Thats crazy there should be a microwave on the 6th floor where check in and check out takes place. I also wouldve liked to use the pool during my stay but that was temporarily out of service our entire stay. One of the elevators was not working properly during our entire stay either, it took for multiple guests to speak up at once for service to take place. The $150 for incidentals should be listed on your website and on all 3rd party Vendors websites who advertise the hotel, that was an unexpected surprise, had I known I wouldnt have booked this hotel. I will say all of the staff that we encountered was friendly, helpful and professional. Overall our stay was disappointing because we expected a great experience.I was offered ******* Bonvoy points but Im not a member and have no interest in becoming one. I have asked the hotel for a refund letter because that is what I need to process the refund with the 3rd party company I booked the hotel through. The 3rd party company is willing to issue the refund they just need authorization from Envue to do so. Let me know if you have questions.

    I check in this hotel at ***** and I check out at 15. Today I got cost fees from bank and they told me this hotel charge me fees for smoking for 300 dollar and later check out fees for *****. But I actually check out at 1:15 pm what time is they told me its fine when you chekck out at 1 PM. I only later check out for 15 mins. And they woke up me at ****** at 7 AM told me my neighbor smelled smoke, they think I smoked at room and charge me that for 300 dollar. Also they refuse to me to explain anyting, only charge fees from my deposite without any email or phonecall, even I didnt receive any receipt of anything. This hotel is defintely abnormal charges from guest. This is the wrost hotel I have ever stayed in.
