    I was charged for a monthly subscription which I did not approve since March of 2023 and have been attempting to contact this business via phone and email for several months now since recognizing these charges were occurring monthly. The total accrued is ****** that they have continued to charge until I was able to contact my cc company to dispute. However, after multiple calls, emails and even web submissions on their website for the past 3-4 months which we were requesting a call or email back, we have been unsuccessful and had to escalate this to the BBB to get your assistance in having them follow up and resolve this matter.NOTE: Description of charges by *********** are coming up as "DEFY WAYNE ************" and there are 7 total charges starting march 15, 2023 and occurring monthly through sept 15, 2023.

    On October 7, I purchased a membership at Rockin' Jump for two children to attend for one month. I called them on November 3 and 4th cancel the monthly membership and left them phone messages. They did not call me back. I called again on November 6 and was told to cancel via a Defy website, which I did. They then emailed me today to say that I must pay the membership fee for November. I explained what I did to cancel, and they refuse to refund the November fees.
