My name is *********************** and I bought a Greenworks Pro **** PSI pressure washer back in April 2019. This past April a couple of days after the 3 year warranty the pump went out, so I thought I missed my opportunity under the warranty to have it fixed by Greenworks I started to take it apart to see if I could fix it.I couldn't find any parts anywhere.I called one of your authorized repair shops and they couldn't help me. I even called Greenworks and talked to a gentlemen who tried to help but said that since it was out of warranty I would have to buy the motor and pump because Greenworks considered them 1 piece which cost more than what I paid for the pressure washer so I said thanks but no thanks. Well, I was doing some research on Tuesday the 22nd of August on ******* and noticed one of the videos I was watching said that Greenworks had a ********************************************************** the industry.I remembered what the rep for Greenworks said about the motor and pump were one piece.I called Greenworks on Tuesday 8/22 and explained my situation to the rep (I wished I would have gotten her name because she was awesome) she took down my information and said absolutely Greenworks would send me out a new motor and pump at no cost and under warranty AWESOME I said. The next day Wednesday 8/23 I was on my my out when ***** showed up at my house at about 1:45 with the FREAKIN MOTOR AND PUMP are you kidding me a little over 24 hrs. and the motor was at my house.GREAT PRODUCT, GREAT WARRANTY, ABSOLUTELY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, WITH ********************** YOU CAN'T GO WRONG.GREENWORKS YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!P.S. If any customers read this do yourself a favor, after you hook up the hose to your pressure washer turn on the water but don't turn on the pressure washer and start using, PULL THE TRIGGER FIRST AND BLEED THE FREAKING AIR OUT OF THE **** YOU'LL THANK ME LATER?? --Thank You ***********************
