  Dear XDP,I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the packaging of two turbochargers I recently purchased. This review does not reflect your customer service, as they have been doing everything they are supposed to, adhering to your ********* issue stems from the fact that the two turbos arrived damaged due to inadequate packaging. The original box from the manufacturer was placed inside another box with no wrapping or securing material for the 55-pound turbo. The first damaged turbo was returned via ***, but tracking shows that XDP has not received it, and I have yet to receive my refund. I ordered a second turbo, which I also had to return due to the same damage caused by poor packaging, and I have photos and video of it being delivered documenting ******* my experience, your company is by far the worst regarding product quality and packaging. Seeing a $2000 product boxed in such a manner is disappointing and frankly disgusting. You should be taking ownership of this issue. The fault lies with your warehouse and how items are packaged, regardless of the carrier you use.I also commend your customer service, or if thats what you label them, ******* and Jasmine. Kudos to them because my frustration has to be taken out on them because of your poor leadership of XDP. So now its in the hands of ****** (Manager) for my return.I am giving a one-star rating for these two purchases due to these issues. It is unbelievable. I will never again why purchase any products moving forward or provide references for this company. The way the product, or any product that I received, shows me right there the way you treat your products.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Have a warranty issue with an injector and cannot even get through their phone system to talk to a real person. Was on hold for 35 minutes and finally asked for a call back. It is day #3 with NO call back. I have tried several time this week and cannot get through. Poor, poor customer service.

  Ordered an aftermarket steering shaft. Order was shipped promptly. Upon opening and inspecting part, I noticed that it was already loose and had very little grease in it. I immediately called XDP and requested a return label and refund. They are giving me the run around, stating that I have to send it to the manufacturer even though I purchased the product from them 2 days prior. They *********** not accept returns as there policy outlines on their website. I will never do business with them again and have disputed this charge with my credit card company. I urge everyone to stay away from XDP.

  Scammers, horrible company will tell you they have parts in stock then send you an email that they dont and will send it in two to three weeks. Then hold your money for days. Buy literally anywhere else dont support these scammers l.

  Ordered a drain tube they say had in stock next day air. So I added what it recommended to buy with it. First they didn't have the tube I found out 10 minutes after I purchased everything. I called immediately and send to cancel it if you don't have the drain tube. They said to late it already shipped. I said impossible I just placed the within 10 minutes ago. They said sorry nothing I can do. I've heard good and bad about them. I found out the bad about them.

  I've ordered many times from XDP and been very happy overall with their products, shipping, service etc. I only had one bad experience, and that was my fault for not reading their return policy, I guess. I did not get around to fixing my old truck within the 30 DAY RETURN PERIOD and when I did do the project I realized they'd sent me a different part # than I'd ordered. Because it was wrong part # and I had the ****** tore apart when I realized it, I ran to a local store and bought the right part. When I contacted them and told them, they said returns had to be sent within 30 days and so now I have a part I don't need and will try to sell for a loss on ***** I recommend this company as long as you make sure you receive the right stuff when your order arrives, so you can return it within the 30 days they accept returns.   I ordered a incorrect part. Asked to return the part and was granted the Return. That was early May and the end of September I still do not have the store credit or a return....I have reached out multiple times and have not received one response as to when I should receive my credit. The package was delivered in May and the *** number was wrote on 4 side of the box, couldn't miss it but they seem to miss giving me my credit....Pretty shady situation.
