I keep getting phone calls/messages from reps claiming to be from SRS **************. The first call is a women's voice that leaves a message followed by a second call (man's voice) within seconds asking for me to contact an SRS agent ant the listed phone number.Initial Complaint

Completely fraudulent phishing company, attempting to verify your personal emails for scam and identity theft.. Called main phone number ************. When asked for details of the debt they claim I have EZ Cash, which I don't and never even heard of this company, they immediately hang up and refuse to take further calls. I asked for the debt's address and phone number because according to *************************** we have a right to verify a debt, and they immediately hung up. They hang up and refuse phone calls when you press them for more information. Does this sound like a professional reputable company to you?Oh and somehow, they refuse calls or block calls from BBB. I've complained before and when the BBB attempts to make contact, the business is somehow "out of business" or cannot be contacted.Do not confirm anything, even if it's incorrect.Do not answer any calls from SRS. They are a fake company. SRS used to be MRS, and massive phishing scheme.Initial Complaint

This company SRS keeps calling but they do not state who the call is for. They call 3 to 4 times a day from different numbers. They want me to call them back from the number they say that comes up on my caller ID. One number that came up is ************** and another is **************.They say this is a very important matter and the tone of their message is very, very rude and threatening. They are a nuisance and they are disturbing my sleep and peace of mind. I do not have any outstanding debts that I know of and do not plan to call them back. How do I get them to stop calling me? Repeated phone calls, sometimes 2 or 3 a day, from a company called SRS. I spoke to them once and they wouldn't tell me why they were calling until I confirmed personal information (eg social security). Needless, to say I didn't. I asked them to stop calling me. This is the same message they leave each time: "This is a very urgent and time sensitive message from SRS. Please kindly return our call at the number on your caller ID as soon as possible and be connected with the live representative who may better assist you. Again, please return our call at your earliest convenience."Initial Complaint

I've been receiving calls from SRS from phone number ************ and fake numbers such as ************. I owe no money to any company and yet they refuse to disclose why they are calling, unless you confirm your social security number and address. Why in the world, would any reputable company ask someone to disclose personal and private information to strangers calling from a phone and you have no idea why they are calling? If I owe anyone, which I absolutely don't, I would assume that any reputable company will send an official notice. This company operates like a phishing company, and is perhaps recording voices for AI fraudulent use. The minute I refused to offer my social security number, the representative literally hung up the phone. You call that professional? What kind of shady practice is this. From the *************************** Debt collectors may ask questions to verify your identity, but you should never provide sensitive or financial information, at least not until youve verified the debt and that its not a scam. Again, why would I share information when I have no idea what they are talking about?These types of companies continue to aggravate people because they buy data from other companies that claim people owe money without doing their due diligence to see if the debt is legitimate.Initial Complaint

Unknown or fraudulent debt. Repeated calls from various numbers with this automated message left: "This is a very urgent in time sensitive message from SRS. Please kindly return our call using the number on your caller ID as soon as possible to be connected with a live representative who may better assist you again, please return our call at your earliest convenience. Thank you and have a wonderful day." They are stating that I owe a payday loan. I have not had a loan of this type in 5 years. They are calling at least 12 times a day. It is 10:06am right now and I have already received 4 calls from different phone numbers.Initial Complaint

I receive calls daily from this company with various WiFi phone numbers & the voicemail sounds like a robot. Sometimes the voicemail starts halfway through their message, asking me to call the number that I see on my Caller ID. This is very annoying. The voicemail doesnt even state why they are calling, & asking to call the number I see on the caller Id? That screams scam!! I did research and see this could be for debt collection. The issue here is that I have zero debts in collections & in fact have no debt at all other than student loans which I have on-time payments for. Very annoying, please get this place shut down or something. Scammers like this vex me, and fill up my inbox which is annoying for when real people need to leave a voicemail!! I am also on a do not call list.
