    *************** SUBMITTED A LEGAL DOCUMENT STATING HE ATTEMPTED SERVICE ON MY HOME.THE DOCUMENT, WHICH IS A FORM LETTER IS A LIE. THE DESCRIBPTIONS HE GAVE ARE LIES. IN FACT, I WAS ABLE TO DO A ****** SEARCH AND SAW THE ***** OF BUILDING AT ********************** I SAW THE ***** OF THE BUILDING AND SEVERAL VEHICLES.EASYTHING TO DO.DO A ****** SEARCH AND DOCUMENT WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PICTURE.SECONDLY, *************** STATED UNDER ***** SAID HE SAW PEOPLE IN THE HOME THRU THE WINDOW.THESES ARE LIES. THERE IS NO WAY TO SEE THRU MY WINDOW.EVEN IF YOU STOOD AT MY WINDOW THERE IS NO WAY TO SEE THROUGH THE WINDOWS, BECAUSE OF THE THICKNESS OF THE DRAPES.

    We use independent contractors to serve our process. In this case, our process server, ******, made several attempts to and was unable to serve. He stands by his affidavit. While you were here taking pictures, you could have stopped in and picked up the process.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    ****** is lying. There was no way he can tell there was people in the home. 

    Are you telling me and the BBB that ****** is illegally peeping into the homes of people. So he is peeping into homes possibly not knowing who or what he will see and is invading privacy.

    Suppose the person is blind, deaf or does not have the mobility to move and answer the door! 

    The only statement he should be making is no one answered the door, if he is actually going to the homes!

    The truth is you people will lie any time or day to keep money flowing to your baseless and useless company.

    In your response you said I could have gone somewhere to pick up something!

    Since that liar left nothing at the door where was I supposed to go and pick up whatever you're talking about?

    This particular attorney I have won 3 judgements against her, it figures she would hire a company like yours that would manipulate information for her.

    The truth is your company does not care who you s**** over as long as you're getting paid to do so!

    There is a set fee at the start of the process in which you pay to begin the divorce process and pay for what this servicing company is providing which I was fine to pay and did pay. Throughout the process now, I have had to call in numerous times for updates because they do not provide updates on all of the legal documents that they are assisting the customer with nor do they have answers when you call in. Every time I call in it takes hours for someone to get back to me. They failed to tell me that the individual was being served or attempted to be served 6 times. Because the servicer tried so many times, the company stated I owed them more money because they should only try 3 times but this servicer was an "overachiever". So now for their own error, I had to pay an additional amount. How am I supposed to know this info? It goes to the subpoena service and not me. The affadavit was served on 11/21/22. This company received the original copy last week. The week of 12/19/22 they had received the original copy in which I needed to begin the next steps. They did not call me, email me or say anything to me about this nor did they mail it to my home. I emailed them on 12/26 for an update as this is the 35-day **** in which I can begin next steps. I received an email stating that the representative was out sick. Then I received an email from their manager that they received it and I should receive it shortly. Then an hour after this email I received a call from a rep stating they I owed another $40 in order to have the affidavit mailed out. So what if I didn't email or call? Would they have just sat on my paperwork? This place is corrupt and they do not care for the customer. So because of your own mistake and not stating the correct funds needed or just simply stealing from me at this point I am continuously being penalized for their errors. I am not the only one, read the reviews. This is outrageous.
