Unfortunately my loved one is laid to rest here but I do not recommend this cemetery. You pay premium pricing to send your loved off with love, care and protection but unfortunately this location failed to deliver on their part of the agreement to deliver the basic needs of a burial. On a rainy day we werent given not one chair, grass rug or a tent. Then were rushed after paying an up charge because it was a weekend burial. We were rushed due to another funeral and our loved one wasnt even buried correctly, we left uneasy the grounds men didnt complete the burial. Instead they placed a wooden plank over the grave and told us would come back and put the dirt after their other funeral service was complete. We were rushed from ******* to come and pay the full amount $6785.00 for a one day event and sign documents but werent given a proper experience. We spoke with *************************** and she was the one to help us throughout the entire process and she failed at accommodating our family and argued on the day of the burial while our loved ones stood out in the pouring rain, casket and flowers everything was soaked. There was not an ounce of remorse and put the blame on administration. Isnt it common courtesy or common sense to put up a tent if it rains? Oh that was an up charge! I strongly advise using somewhere else for the ***************** to bury their loved ones. I would post a picture of the unprofessionalism and lack of preparation but out of respect for my father I will refrain. they dont deserve any stars. P. S. They have blocked ***************************** from writing a ****** review, the son of the deceased from posting a review to not expose how pathetic they are, their lack of professionalism and failure to deliver!
