      After the kitchen design process and submission of our order to the cabinet company, it has been a horrendous experience. Wrong lower cabinet ordered, missing items, incorrect trim work delivered, cabinets delivered with different color doors, and wrong touch up paint delivered. To make matters worse, after delivery of what was supposed to be all of the correct pieces, we discovered missing replacement cabinet doors causing further delays to complete our project. The errors were reported during the first week of September. It is now November. All of these issues are exacerbated by poor communication throughout the customer journey including no response after the most recent error of missing replacement cabinet doors. I would definitely not use Jaeger Lumber in ****** in the future and regret the decision to use them for the kitchen remodel.
