HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ??????Good Morning I was at this location on 10/1/2021 and it was the worst experience I have ever had. I went to make some changes to my Medicare Plan and was greeted and helped by *************************** who was RUDE and Arrogant who was more worried about her Cell Phone than explaining the plans available to me. THIS LADY IS A WITCH, MEAN, NASTY AND VERY VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL. SHE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH PUBLIC. I ended up leaving and tell her how rude she was she basically said she didnt care and asked me to go somewhere else. I did tell I would make it my mission in life to complain about to Medicare and she stated she did not care. HOW SAD IF SHE WORKED FOR ME I WOULD FIRE HER ON THE ***** However this is not over I will call or complain to Medicare, and all Insurance Company's that use that facility.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA ??????Buenos das Estuve en este lugar el 10/1/2021 y fue la peor experiencia que he tenido. Fui a hacer algunos cambios a mi Plan Medicare y fui recibida y ayudada por *************************** que era GROSERA y arrogante que estaba ms ********** por su telfono celular que por explicar los planes disponibles para m. ESTA SEORA ES UNA BRUJA, MALA, DESAGRADABLE Y MUY POCO PROFESIONAL. **** NO ****** ESTAR TRABAJANDO CON EL PBLICO. Termin yndome y le dije lo grosera que era, bsicamente me dijo que no le importaba y me pidi ir a otro lugar. Le dije que yo hara que mi misin en la vida fuera que yo me quejara con Medicare y **** declar que no le importaba. QU TRISTE, SI **** TRABAJARA PARA M, LA DESPEDIRA EN EL ACTO. Sin embargo, esto no ha terminado, llamar o me quejar a Medicare, y a todas las compaas de seguros que usan *** instalacin.
