            The man at the helm had a s**** loose! He offered to help me on the first day, then the next he completely ghosted me. When I called him he was unable to focus on my case and hung up on me. He did the same to my attorney. When I provided him with the information of my case that he asked for, he got confused and misremembered essential details in my case. I think he may have embarassed himself because he got very flustered and just blurted out NO DEAL!! If I told you he was extremely unprofessional and rude, you'd be hearing the polite version. Having said this, I would feel compelled to watch a reality show starring him ******* off everyone he comes into contact with. I wasted days on him making me miss my house payment. Do yourself a favor and pass up capital litigation investors in your phone book. It's a complete waste of your time.

            Our business is providing loans against pending accident cases. This customer wanted a loan against an accident that occurred a month ago. Unfortunately her attorney did not have any of the documents and information we needed to evaluate her case because her case is so young. I explained this and I told her I could not approve her application until her attorney could provide the documents and information we need. Then she became very argumentative and aggressive. She was demanding money immediately. There was no point in continuing to speak with her. I invited her to contact me when the documents and information are available, then I concluded our conversation.
