      Dream Home is a terrible company and will tell you anything to get you convinced enough to sign a contract and take your money. After having a roof inspection on a snowy day by one young man by the name of Daiyontrae ****** who didn't even physically get on the roof or suggest that it would be best if he came back to further inspect the roof from the outside when the snow cleared and only stood on a ladder in the entrance of my attic, told me that my entire roof needed to be replaced. I was told I had mold, water damage/leakage, and rusted nails and this is all by him just looking in one area on a ladder not even looking at the entirety of my roof. They overpriced my roof and tried to tell me I had old 3-Tab shingles and a few where possibly missing, but this is without physically seeing the shingles due to the snow covering the roof. Also, Mr. ****** said my gutters were way too small and if I committed to a contract to replace my roof the company would give me the best 5-inch gutters on the market for free. Dream Home priced my roof at over $27,000 but threw in a bunch of discounts and I also had to have signage in my yard for 60 days to get the price to drop down to over $23,000. The company reps were rude and displayed unprofessional attitude when I told them I wanted a second opinion which I am obligated. (American Remodeling Corp) came out to inspect my roof which concluded with no mold, no water leakage/damage, no missing shingle, and instead of having what I was told I had 3-Tab shingles I actually had Architectural shingles which had no damage what so ever also, my gutters were some of the best and biggest gutters on the market measuring at 6-inches. Following that report my roof ultimately was still new and good for another 30 years and the cost of replacing was only $11,000. I contacted Dream Home tried to explain the results of my second inspection but was ultimately hung up on multiple times by several deferent representatives. (((UNETHICAL PRACTICES)))

      Dream Home was really great they had salesman out, took pictures and ordered material the same day. They called with installation date, material was delivered the day before and the day the work was done the crew was here early and when they finished that day, roof was replaced and all the old roof and trash were cleaned up. I will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

      I was very pleased with the entire process. The salesman was pleasant and professional. The installers did an excellent job and cleaned up the area completely. We were very happy with this company!

      I don't give BBB 5 stars but certainly will give Dream Home Roofers! No thanks to BBB, Up and Above got away with work that was not only sub standard it was a health hazard. Dream Home remediated the situation in record time and wonder of wonders it was done right. These guys removed a health hazard...all that and it looks great!

      I had a great experience working with Dream Home. Everyone I spoke to from start to finish was very professional. The job was done quickly, and within less than the initially quoted time. I feel confident in the products and warranty that were offered. The company was willing to work with me and my budget to help me find a solution, which i really appreciated. Clean up was done very well, and I would recommend Dream Home to anyone looking for a roofer.

      We recently hired Dream Home Inc to replace our roof. They were knoweledgable and professional. The project was completed faster than the estimated time given. The site was cleaned upon completion of the work. The dumpster removed within 24 hours of completion.
