Date of transaction: 12/19/2022 Amount paid to business: $3,415.00 Business committed to provide me a six crowns (six-part bridge, bottom front)Account No./Chart No.: ******* The nature of the dispute is that the bridge is too big for my mouth. My gums still remain swollen and bleeding. I went back to Universal dentistry and they informed me that it did not involve the bridge, that I had gum disease and that until I had Periodontal treatment, they would not address my bridge issue. I was informed by another dentist that I do not have periodontal disease and that the bridge must be removed because it is damaging my gums and the teeth underneath are rotting. Universal Dentistry said they would address the issue with documentation from the other dentist, which they were hesitant to provide should litigation be necessary. I do not want Universal Dentistry to touch my mouth again anyway.Initial Complaint

I went to have my tooth pulled it broke and I saw them in feb got **rays etc. made a spot for the following week paid ****** up front even though I have insurance. When I went fir the appt I mentioned that I have a lot of allergies to medication and although I was not allergic to novicane that was 40 years ago. They wanted me to get tested to be safe. It took months to get a spot to be tested. Get tested was cleared. Made my appt hit there. There at 3:30 for my appt. The dr came in the numbed me **. Then came cackle in looked at the **rays he had seen before when I was first there decided because I am on dialysis that I need to take antibiotics and to come back because it would take at least a hour if drilled.mind you they close st 5 this was now 4:20. The antibiotic was bill he was tired from three emergencies tiday. I can understand that but HOW UNPROFESSIONAL. You dont numb up a patient and then tell them come back another day. I want my upfront money back from the. No one should use their service. I am in my sixties and have been sound long enough to know when something is so Unprofessional. I am tring to get a hold of there headquarters to get my money back.
