    I bought two swim turbans, and two headbands from You Go Natural in March of 2025. They never shipped and I never received them. I sent many emails with no response. After my initial complaint with the BBB they emailed me to say it will be shipped. They never gave a date or a tracking number. They still have not shipped my order or refunded my purchase. I never received a response to my most recent email from 5/31/25 reiterating that I want a refund.

    Aug 26 2024 I ordered a swim turban. On 9/11/2024 I wrote for a status since I had not received the product and wanted it for my vacation. Natalie responded that due to logistical challenges my order was delayed and I was offered a 10 dollar discount or a full refund. Since I wanted the turban I accepted the refund and waited for my order to be shipped. Starting in October I wrote requesting an updated and finally on November 1, 2024 I wrote requesting a full refund. I wrote 4 more times and each time I was promised a refund. The final email was written in Feb and it was just the standard, “my request would be forwarded for action. I’m tired of waiting and receiving non-helpful responses. I want my refund of 38.00 plus shipping asap.

    I purchased a swim cap for $46.88 on October 8th, 2024. I received a confirmation email stating processing time 7-10 days not including transit. On the website most of the swim cap were listed as back-ordered except for the one I ordered. Delivery time was listed as 4 weeks. On 10/31/24, I sent a email to ********************************** as specified on the website; requesting an update on my order. I received an email stating request received. On 11/1/24, I received an email from ******* *. Stating there has been a delay and they are offering a $10 discount on my order. I did not receive a discount and I attempted sending an email requesting a refund on today, 12/6/24. The email bounced back stating address not found. I am seeking my money returned due to not received the item I ordered.

    On 10/5/24 I placed an order and paid $140.08.
    I sent an email within a week later when I didn't receive any information that a shipment had been made. On 10/8 I received notification, that my request had been received and that I'd hear back within 24hrs. I then received another email on 10/10 that my information had been received and is in review.
    On 10/14 I received another email that my request for refund had been received and was being forwarded to the dedicated department.
    On 10/20 I sent a follow up email for an update and have not heard back.

    I purchased a turban swim cap from You Go Natural 8/21/24, and have not received the item. I received an order update early September that they were experiencing delays and expected to resolve the issue the following week which was 9/16/24. I still have not received the merchandise and the company has stopped responding to my email inquires requesting an update for my order.

    I ordered a product from them that was never delivered. I have seen many reviews on their social media who have experienced the same problem. Not sure if there is a criminal charge that can be brought about.

    I returned the product and merchant confirmed receipt since 9/5/2023 until today I have not receive a full refund. I sent emails no one reponded.
