    This company took a $200 deposit from me as a down payment for snow removal in the winter of 2023. Any services for snow removal would be applied to the $200 and I agreed to pay them the difference when the value of their services exceeded $200. The agreement I signed expired on April 1 ****. As it turned out it didn't snow that year. That deposit was NOT non refundable per the agreement I signed. I made multiple requests to the owner, ***************************, via text, e-mail and phone. His initial correspondence back to me in mid April said he would look into it. Since then, none of my correspondence was answered. This is unethical and dishonest. I ma making this complaint to alert others not to do business with this individual or organization
