According to the BBB Code of Advertising, "Wholesale prices"
The terms "wholesale price," "at cost" and the like can be used where they are the current prices which retailers usually and customarily pay when they buy such products for resale.
- For example, where the advertiser buys its products from a manufacturer, a claim that it sells at "wholesale prices" can be used if its prices are comparable to those charged by wholesalers in its trade area.
The company responded but unfortunately failed to make the requested changes.
