I had a very unpleasant experience today at the Mandee store in ******,** on 02/08/2024; 2:40pm-2:50pm. I had the time today to visit & explore the store looking forward to get something nice for myself. I was in the store for a while. Once I decided to go to the fitting room, I approached the store manager(*****) in order to get a room unlocked. I was told not to bring my bag into the fitting room & was required to leave it in the front of the store by the cash register; I obeyed & left my bag up front as told. I was assisted by a store associate & was informed by the associate to only pick out 5items into the room. The rest of the items can be placed outside of the room door where I was in. I followed thoroughly without any issues. I was in and out of the fitting room trying on many items. The last time I try going into the fitting room, I asked *****(store manager) to help me & unlock a room for me. While walking towards me, she questions me asking where my bag was. I let her know that its been in the front the whole time where she requested me to place it. ***** then proceeds to tell me that I cant take in more than 5items. I kindly replied letting her know I was aware due to her associate explaining the rules earlier. She seemed to not like the fact that I knew the rules. She ended up walking away from me, leaving me in the fitting room unattended & went behind the register. I walked up to her asking if there was something wrong & she replied back saying that I can wait for her associate to be done checking out a customer even though ***** was already in the middle of helping me. In shock, I said, So you came to the fitting room just to walk away & not help me? She replied & said yes! Her attitude was very unpleasant & unprofessional since I walked into the store. Im very disappointed with the customer service I received from the store manager today. I visit this store often & I never experienced such horrible attitude from the staff in this location.
