              I bought my pool from Nicholas Pools 10 years ago. Always been good service until now. Scheduled pool closing like I do every year. They literally left the job half done. No reason. No communication. Just walked off. And I PREPAID. Left everything out. pool uncovered. Pumps open and in pieces. Railings left on the lawn. Parts all over the yard. Electrical panel left open for the rain to get in. I can't believe. i have the video if anyone would like to see. I cannot upload since it is greater than 5mb

              Horrible communication and no planning. Well over 2 years to get the pool "completed" but there are numerous dents/craters in the pool floor that still need to be fixed. Contract states estimated completion 6-8 weeks after excavation, well once we finally get to that point, it was another 8+ MONTHS.ALL of the subcontractors they use told me they have difficulties with Nicholas Pools.Contraction "manager" is extremely unprofessional and cannot communicate effectively. New owner now who apologized for all their issues but failed to follow through on a promised call. Again, there is no project planning and we would have been better off ordering a pool kit and subcontracting the work ourselves. This was a truly horrible experience.
