    **** and his team at Shore Comfort Plumbing and HVAC are the utmost professionals in that they show up immediately and resolve any issues you have, even on Holiday weekends.They are friendly, respectful and professional. Their pricing is more than fair and the work they do is excellent! More companies/employees should follow their lead as they make the situation that would usually stress me out, seamless! I highly recommend Shore Comfort!

    Made an appointment on July 7, 2023 and was told **** would be out on July 18,2023 between 2-4. On July 18 at 1:40 **** called saying he was going to be late which was fine. At 7:30 I called the office and the girl said she would message ****. **** never showed up or called. This says a lot about the company.

    it is unreasonable to expect someone to come to your home to tune up an air conditioning system in the pouring rain. I apologized for not making the appointment, and offered to make it right. For someone to go to this level to try to damage someone's buisness is ridiculous.
