    Im pretty sure this is the worst Ive ever been treated by a dealership. We made a deal over the phone after test driving a Sorento plug in hybrid a few days prior. I discovered before we picked the vehicle up that it had two recalls from 6 months ago that were not completed. I called my salesman **** and told him I didnt want to pick the vehicle up until the recalls are complete. He said it would be taken care of. When I came in that Saturday to pick the car up only one of the recalls were completed because they were waiting on parts. I also noticed there were these pretty bad scuff marks in the cup holders that I wanted fixed. I was working with sales managerJohn that day. They didnt really want to fix the cup holders and wanted me to bring the car back for the recalls. Who wants to buy a new car thats still needs recall work done? We agreed they would fix the cup holders and do the recall and I could pick the vehicleup when all that was done. I got a call from *** that Tuesday and he said the cup holders were fixed and looked perfect. I asked *** if I could leave a deposit for the vehicle and he said he would let **** know.**** called me later in the day andtold me the parts for the recall would be in on Wednesday. We set up a time on Friday for me to pick up the ********** thinking were all good. **** calls me that Wednesday and tells me the vehicle was SOLD on Tuesday. How does that happen? How could you treat a customer that way after I put all this time and energy into this? I just cant believe a dealership could treat a person this way. I forgot to mention *** called me after I left on June 7th and was really trying to minimize the damage to the cup holders.
