      uncommunicative with order after purchase. made me think they had a physical store in ********, ** and they do not. product arrived damaged and received no response from multiple attempts to talk to a customer service representative.

      I was concerned that it wouldn't have the same effect as the cigarettes I usually smoke. But this was fantastic. It has provided me with a fresh experience. Overall, it's excellent. It lacked a little taste and looked unappealing, but it was still quite tasty. I'll be purchasing more.
