- Since cancellations have such a great effect on their small business, they adhere to a strict cancellation policy as follows:
They require a 50 % deposit at the time of your reservation with the balance due 1 week prior to arrival.
They will refund your deposit less a $50 cancellation charge per room if you cancel more than 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel within 30 days, this refund policy applies only if they are able to fill the entire vacancy caused by your cancellation.
If you cancel or change your reservation within 10 days of your arrival date, you will not receive a refund and the entire amount of the reservation will be charged to your account.
They can issue no refunds or make any changes on one-night bookings and gift certificates.
If you are unable to cancel early, they encourage you to send a worthy substitute to honor your reservation.
