    I had a Fantastic experience with Bristol Moving & Storage LLc. Honesty from the initial Quote processing with their customer service with ****** in the Office to the final delivery the team they show up at the first move they were very polclean outfits very professional and there caring about my furniture and goods were top notch. The team is incredibly efficient very friendly very careful while packing up especially the Glass wrapped the furniture and handled with Attention to detail. Plus what I like more about Bristol Moving even the time of the delivery was on time they communicated proactively I was choked the unloading was quickly and without a single scratch on my items or wall even the floor the protected with matts they replaced everything even boxes exactly where I requested specifically all the were marked by them it makes things easy even for me Honesty i highly recommend Bristol Moving & Storage llc to anyone in needs and reliance stress-free for Moving services. Thanks a lot for your great job

    When the movers realized my couch wouldnt fit through the main doorway, they found a safe new angle without risking damage. They took time to protect everything before trying again. It slid through with total control and no contact with the walls. Their confidence made me feel at ease the whole time. They unloaded with the same precision. Moving day ended far better than I expected.

    The crew packed and loaded everything faster than I expected, WOW, and handled my furniture like museum pieces. Not a single thing got scratched or scuffed. Five stars for sure.

    Avoid this moving company at all costs. Damaged ******************** stolen 12 more items. Took over 2 weeks to get the items that were not lost from ********** to *******. Conservative estimate of damaged items - $3100.00. Conservative estimate of items lost or stolen - $4045.00 for a total of $7145.00. Their first settlement offer was $94.00. After 2nd review offer was $282..00. The crew they sent to move me were so incompetent my relator had to clean my sold home after they left. WARNING!!! DO NOT USE OR LET A MOVING BROKER USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE. They have refused to offer me a reasonable settlement for lost or stolen and damaged items.
