- Ava Landscapes shall supply all plant(s) and materials in healthy, disease and pest-free condition. All workmanship and conduct shall always be performed in a professional manner. Ava Landscapes offers a limited 90 day warranty on plant(s) and labor provided by Ava Landscapes from date of installation. Plant(s) include all shrubs, bushes and trees supplied by Ava (flowers excluded). All plant(s) shall be watered by client as specified by Ava Landscapes. Client shall immediately notify Ava Landscapes of any plant(s) that exhibit any signs of illness, pests or disease. Any plant(s) totalling less than $50.00 retail price and supplied by Ava Landscapes that become ill or deceased within 90 days from installation, shall be replaced by Ava Landscapes with 100% of labor expense and 100% of plant(s) cost incurred by Ava Landscapes. Any plant(s) totalling over $50.00 retail price and supplied by Ava Landscapes that become ill or deceased within 90 days from installation, shall be replaced by Ava Landscapes with 100% of labor expense and 50% of plant(s) cost incurred by Ava Landscapes. 50% of plant(s) retail cost shall be paid by client.
