Despite the commitment made by the business to deliver these products, I have not received any updates on my account, nor have I received the ordered items. This has led me to believe that I have been scammed by the company. Notably, the business has failed to provide an order or tracking number for the transaction. This discrepancy is deeply troubling, especially given your company's commitment to a 30-day money-back guarantee, a policy that I have relied upon. Consequently, the funds they've taken from me remain in their possession, and I am left without the products or a resolution to this matter. Despite my attempts to seek resolution, **** ****** LLC has demonstrated a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and adherence to ethical business practices. This has prompted me to take the matter to The Better Business Bureau (BBB) and initiate a chargeback through my bank provider. I am hopeful that through these channels, a fair and just resolution of full refund can be achieved.
