      I purchased an item from fragranceshop.com and they sent the incorrect perfume. The box is nearly identical to the one I ordered. When it arrived I opened the box and then realized the shape of the bottle was not like the one I ordered. I immediately contacted their customer service team, sent photos in a separate email. I received a copy and pasted response from them saying they would pay shipping cost to return it, but also added that I could not return the item if it was open, which nullifies my ability to return the item. I opened the box, because it was almost identical to the one I ordered. It was shipped in error from their warehouse. It was the same brand for both items, and the name of both perfumes were both Shalina. I ordered Shalina Royal Essence, they shipped Shalina Exclusive. They are the same brand, similar packaging, and color. I would not have opened it if it was a completely different packaging. I would like for them to make this right. I shouldn’t have to be responsible for their mistake.

      I placed an order from Fragranceshop.com on May 12. 2024 and arranged to pay through Afterpay.com app. On May 18, 2024, I emailed them because I never received any confirmation nor anything about shipping details. I sent emails wondering why I heard nothing. They still have not answered any of my emails. I told them to cancel my order and I ordered the same products from ****. I filed a dispute with Afterpay. They supposedly contacted them about my order and Fragranceshop.com told them that the products were shipped and tried to deliver on the 18th. I am disabled and am always at home and there was no attempted delivery on the 18th. This is the 24th and I still haven't received and products from them!! I also receive daily **** EMAILS telling what will be delivered each day. There is no email saying anything about a delivery from Fragranceshop.com. Afterpay is now saying I have to pay for the products I don't have. I refuse to pay for something I don't have!!!!!
