This company is also in ********/****** ******* the addresses are fake, they want cash only, they paved over the water shut off valve in my driveway, they paved over patio stones, and left all the old asphalt and garbage piled at the end of my driveway. Its been 2 weeks now they refuse to come back or remove the debris and they actually caused damage to my property. I now have grass and weeds coming up thru the new asphalt and I had to remove the piles of heavy old asphalt on my own.

Be very careful in your dealings with this company. What the contract says they will do, is not what the show up prepared to do. I had to badly deteriorated asphalt driveway. They were to completely remove the driveway, and replace entirely. The contract specified the would "add six inches of gravel". I understood this to mean that when they would grade the site to accept both the full amount of gravel, and asphalt over the extent of the driveway. When they arrived, the supervisors thought I was crazy. They removed the asphalt, and smoothed things down a big, Put down some gravel in low spots, and were ready to pave. When I pointed out that I expected to end up with a driveway that had the full gravel layer, with asphalt laid on top of that, they got angry. Esp. one of the two "main" guys there (all the main guys in the company are Irish). Under most of the old driveway was a mixture of the original gravel and dirt. The driveway was probably 50 years old, and there was more dirt than gravel present. It was a struggle to get them to agree to much of anything beyond what they had come prepared to do, even to observing the grade I wanted (preserving the prior grade mostly). Only after some pretty contentious debate, we finally agreed what they would do. They didn't have enough gravel with them to put a base as per the contract. They did pretty closely adhere to the grade requirement I was insisting on. I wanted to get the job done, and it clearly was going to turn into a major issue if I sent them home. One guy in particular was very angry and defiant. Ultimately, I got the driveway in, and I am satisfied with the result, but I certainly don't have a full 6 inches of new gravel. Regardless of what boxes they check on the standard contract form they have, you should put in WRITING in the freeform part of the form, what you expect, and before they do ANYTHING, review that with the crew that shows up. I did call the main number for the company to speak with "someone in management", and never received a call back. I don't think they actually have "management", but its just a loose group of guys drumming up work together. The real surprise was AFTER they had installed the driveway, the guy in charge then slide up beside me as requested that I pay them IN CASH. So, be sure you get a payment mode agreed before they start. Ideally, write it in the contract. But, pulling this at the end of the day was really nuts.I would say the workmanship was fine, but sales vs execution was horrible.
