I signed a contract with Mr. Martin Eisenstein on November 20th to do tax planning, tax preparation, legal entity structuring and estate planning, among other services that he offered. The contract states a monthly fee of $349 for 3 months and then it will be $199 per month after for ongoing services. My credit card was charged $349 on Nov. 20.

After I signed the contract, I asked Mr. Eisenstein to provide me a list of documents he'll need from me so we can begin tax planning conversation(s). I was hoping to do tax planning before the year 2023 ends and be prepared for the tax filing season in the spring. Unfortunately, he never gave me the list that I asked, even after 3 requests. He kept promising to get back to me. Finally, on December 15th he scheduled a Zoom meeting with me, which was to occur on Sunday, Dec 17. Sadly, he never showed up for the Zoom meeting. I emailed him on that day asking what happened and that hopefully he's okay.

He never responded to my Dec 17 email. So, on Dec 19th, I emailed him with a contract termination letter attached. Again, no response from him.

On Dec 20th, my credit card was charged again $349. I emailed Mr. Eisenstein on Dec 28th asking him and Cooper T********* (his assistant and technical person) to reverse the 2 charges. Still no response from Mr. Eisenstein and his assistant. Hence the reason for filing this complaint. I have also disputed the charges with my credit card company and I'm awaiting their response to my complaint.
